We are committed to providing our customers with quality products at fair prices. We are also committed to continue to

No returns or refunds will be made after purchase. Please examine the sample output files, or request and test run the
trial versions of our programs for free, and make sure that the programs satisfy your needs before purchasing.

Our programs are posted on our website in January of every year and they are valid for up to 2 years (2 baseball
seasons). Programs posted in January 2007 are valid till January 2009,  those posted in January 2008 are valid till  
January 2010, and so on.  Customers interested in our programs will need to renew their licenses when they expire.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone, and we will
not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may only use the information on file to notify our
customers of programs updates, or to inform them about new services or special offers we think may be useful to them.
